Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of VerifyOrbit (verifyorbit.com) and its services: one-time verification numbers, term verification numbers, private numbers, calling, SMS and the prepaid wallet. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Accounts
You need a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
2. Wallet and payments
Services are paid from a prepaid USD wallet. Top-ups can be made in stablecoins or by card where offered. Crypto payments must be sent in the exact amount and on the exact network shown; payments that cannot be matched are not credited automatically. Wallet balance is not interest-bearing, is not transferable and is used only for VerifyOrbit services.
3. Verification numbers
One-time numbers are reserved for a limited window. You are charged only if a code is delivered to the number during that window; otherwise the amount is returned to your wallet. Term numbers are receive-only for the purchased period and may be extended before expiry. After a number expires it may be reassigned to another customer after a cooldown period.
4. Private numbers
Private numbers are provided for the prepaid term and renew automatically from your wallet unless you turn off auto-renew. If your balance cannot cover a renewal you receive a grace period, after which the number is released and cannot be recovered. Usage such as outbound calls and SMS is billed from your wallet at the published rates.
5. Service availability
Numbers are supplied through telecom partners. Third-party platforms decide which numbers they accept, and acceptance can change at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular service will accept a number, that messages will be delivered, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use VerifyOrbit for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, evading bans or law enforcement, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or show signs of payment fraud, and may withhold balances connected to fraudulent payments.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyOrbit is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or our prices; material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
