One-time verification codes

You are charged only when a code arrives. If no code arrives within the rental window, or you cancel before it does, the full amount is returned to your wallet automatically.

Term and private numbers

Because a number is reserved for you with the carrier at purchase, terms are non-refundable once activated. If a number cannot be activated, you are not charged. You can turn off auto-renew or release a number at any time to stop future charges.

Wallet top-ups

Unused wallet balance can be refunded to the original card on request within 14 days of the top-up, minus any processor fees. Crypto top-ups are credited as wallet balance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law; crypto sent with the wrong amount or network is reviewed case by case.
