General
What is VerifyOrbit?
VerifyOrbit gives you phone numbers for verification and private communication without exposing your personal SIM. Use one-time numbers to receive a single SMS code, term numbers for repeat logins, or a dedicated private number with browser calling and SMS.
Do I need to provide ID or KYC documents?
No. An email address is all you need to create an account. We don't ask for ID documents, selfies or a phone number of your own.
What happens if the verification code never arrives?
You are only charged when a code arrives. If nothing arrives within the rental window, or you cancel, the full amount goes back to your wallet automatically.
How do I pay?
Top up your USD wallet with USDT on Tron, or USDT and USDC on Polygon, BNB Chain, Base or Solana — or by card where available. Send the exact amount shown, including decimals, on the network shown, and your wallet is credited once the payment is confirmed.
Will every app accept the number?
Most services work, but each platform decides which numbers it accepts and rules change. That's why availability and price are shown live per country and service before you buy, and undelivered codes are refunded.
Can I keep a number long-term?
Yes. Term numbers can be kept for 7, 30 or 90 days, and private numbers renew monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly for as long as you like. You can release a number at any time.
Verification numbers
How long do I have to receive the code?
A one-time number stays reserved for you for about 20 minutes. Most codes arrive within a minute or two of requesting them on the service you're verifying.
Can I receive a second code on the same number?
Yes — after the first code arrives you can request another SMS on the same number while the rental is still open, which is useful if a service re-sends the code.
What's the difference between a one-time and a term number?
A one-time number is for a single verification and is charged only if the code arrives. A term number is yours for 7, 30 or 90 days so you can receive repeat codes for logins and re-verification.
Which countries are covered?
One-time codes are available in 200+ countries, with live stock and prices shown for each service. Term numbers are currently offered in the United States and Canada.
Private numbers
How do calls work without a SIM?
Calls run in your browser over secure WebRTC. Open the dashboard, pick your number as caller ID and dial — incoming calls ring in the browser tab while you're signed in.
Can I send SMS from my private number?
Yes, on numbers that support SMS (US and Canada numbers do). Capabilities are shown on every number before you buy it.
How does renewal work?
Your number renews automatically from your wallet at the end of each term at the same price. If your balance is short you get a grace period to top up before the number is released.
Is there a contract?
No. Prepay monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, turn off auto-renew whenever you like, and release the number at any time.
