Privacy Policy

VerifyOrbit is built to collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we process and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, an optional name, and a hashed password.
• Service data: numbers you rent, SMS received on them, call and SMS records needed for billing.
• Payments: amounts, network and transaction references. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.
• Security logs: IP address and timestamps of sign-ins and sensitive actions, used to prevent fraud.

What we don't collect

No ID documents, no selfies, no personal phone number, no advertising trackers in the dashboard.

How we use data

To provide and bill the service, deliver codes and messages to your inbox, send transactional emails (codes, receipts, invoices, renewal notices), prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Only with providers needed to run the service — telecom carriers that supply numbers and route calls/SMS, payment processors, and our email delivery provider — and when required by law.

Retention

Messages on expired numbers are removed from your dashboard and deleted after a retention period. Billing records are kept as long as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
